Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will manage various human resources tasks to support our unionized workforce. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with union agreements. The HR Generalist will also handle employment-related inquiries, maintain compliance with employment laws, and contribute to a high-performance culture within the organization.
