Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting human resource’s department policies and procedures for Green Courte Residential Holdings entities. Entities include True Connection Communities, Windward Communities and Shared Services. The HR Manager is a key position that supports all activities of our team member’s career journey. This is a hands-on position that will be involved in recruitment efforts, onboarding, training, managing employee relations matters, compliance and analyzing business metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists HR team in administering and executing human resource programs including but not limited to recruitment; performance and talent management; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; worker’s compensation; and training and development.
- Assists in the talent acquisition process for open positions at the corporate office and key positions in the field; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Refines new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new team members are set up for success.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to team members and leaders.
- Leads initiatives to elevate HR processes and raise human capital performance.
- Creates HR reports, analyzes HR data, and recommends solutions and creative initiatives for elevating performance and remaining competitive.
- Attends and facilitates team member coaching sessions, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 3 years of general human resource management experience preferred. SHRM-CP a plus.
- Proficient with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Comprehensive Services platform a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position may occasionally be required to travel.
