This position is responsible for the administration of the human resources functions of the credit union and ensures compliance with credit union policies as well as external rules and regulations. Develops, implements and administers policy development, performance appraisal program, employee relations, employee benefits, recruitment and retention and record compliance.
A bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or 7 years’ experience in the Human Resources field, or any appropriate combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of state and federal laws related to pension and benefits administration.
