Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager supports Salas O’Brien’s Services (Corporate) teams, a dynamic and evolving group that operates with the pace and adaptability of a start-up within a growing organization. This role is responsible for delivering practical and people-centered HR solutions that enhance the team member experience while building, refining, and scaling HR processes to support continued growth.
This position requires comfort with ambiguity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to create structure where processes are developing. The HR Manager partners closely with Services leadership and crossâfunctional HR teams to implement scalable, compliant, and businessâaligned solutions that strengthen team performance and organizational effectiveness.

Travel: Minimal expected
Compensation & Benefits
The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
