The Opportunity

We are searching for a dynamic Human Resources Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders while advancing our people-first culture. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the employee experience across the full HR lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to benefits administration, employee relations, and professional development. You'll work alongside industry-leading Realtors, Loan Originators, Attorneys, and Insurance professionals, ensuring CapCenter attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning and development initiatives that foster continuous growth and unlock employee potential

Benefits & Compensation

  • Administer employee benefits programs with strategic insight—analyzing trends, evaluating vendor proposals, and delivering educational programs that empower employees to maximize their benefits

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with federal employment regulations, including reporting requirements, recordkeeping standards, and legal documentation protocols
  • Maintain expert knowledge of employment law to mitigate risk and protect organizational integrity

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing thoughtful HR guidance that aligns with business objectives
  • Address complex employee relations matters with discretion, conducting thorough and objective investigations when needed

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with leadership and recruitment teams to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent in a competitive, fast-moving market
  • Build robust talent pipelines and candidate slates, demonstrating excellence in matching candidates to opportunities with high offer-to-interview conversion rates

Qualifications

The ideal candidate embodies initiative, integrity, and a results-driven approach, coupled with:

Required:

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience encompassing benefits administration, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and learning & development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law
  • Proven track record collaborating with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Commitment to continuous self-development and creative problem-solving
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); experience with ADP preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and client service orientation
  • Superior organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail

Preferred:

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification
