SMART Management, the charter management organization serving 20+ BridgePrep Academy schools and Creative Inspiration Journey School, is hiring a Human Resources Manager to support key personnel functions across our growing network. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background screenings, offboarding, and personnel records. The HR Manager will also assist with school acquisitions, participate in candidate screening during peak hiring seasons, and support the January 2025 transition to a new HRIS and Payroll system.
