Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to administer and oversee the benefit and personnel matters of the Home according to company policies and procedures, applicable laws, regulations and standards. The HR Manager consults with and advises the Home Administrator and staff on HR-related issues. This position supervises a Human Resources Specialist.

Requirements
  • Associates degree in HR or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • HR professional certification preferred
  • A minimum of five years HR generalist experience that includes recruitment & retention, compensation & benefit management, employment law, employee relations and management practices.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff, residents, families and external customers.
  • Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
  • Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
  • Basic computer skills
