Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Overall responsibility for Onboarding process, source, screen, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants.
Monitor applicant tracking, perform or assist with qualitative pre-employment reference checks.
Oversee day to day HRIS transaction management.
Provide input into HRIS workflows that support the employment lifecycle (recruiting, payroll, benefits)
Serve as an escalated point of contact for more complex timekeeping, time-off, payroll, benefit, and related inquiries in HRIS.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Supports organization staff by managing recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Monitors the pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys under the direction of the HR Director; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; participate in pay budgeting with accounting; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by participating in training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling conferences with employees as needed; hearing and resolving employee concerns; and counseling employees and administrators.
Implements employee benefits programs and participates in communicating with employees on benefits; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; assisting with the design and the conducting of educational programs with regards to benefits.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at EEOC hearings.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Retains current and historical human resource records as required.
Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training direct reports.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
3+ years of experience in Human Resources in a supervisory role
