Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who can lead the department with daily execution of HR operations and develop strategic initiatives that reinforce our Culture of Excellence and Performance. This role combines tactical HR support with strategic planning to create a positive workplace while advancing our core values of Quality, Consistency, and Service throughout our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle from job postings through onboarding while developing long-term talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations issues while building programs to enhance company culture and employee engagement
  • Process payroll hours and benefits administration while designing competitive compensation structures
  • Maintain personnel records and HRIS data while implementing system improvements
  • Serve as the primary organizational risk mitigator by creating, implementing, and enforcing compliant employment practices, conducting thorough investigations, and proactively addressing workplace issues
  • Coordinate training sessions  while developing comprehensive learning and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment  laws while creating risk management strategies
  • Administer benefits enrollment  and answer employee questions while evaluating and improving benefits offerings
  • Support managers with performance reviews while establishing effective performance management frameworks
  • Process leave requests and manage attendance tracking while developing work-life balance initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements


  • Minimum 5-10 years of HR  experience demonstrating both operational expertise and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of  employment laws and HR best practices in manufacturing environments
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills with proven ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee information
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Professional maturity with sound judgment in complex situations
  • Experience with HRIS and HR technologies
  • Ability to shift seamlessly between tactical responsibilities and strategic planning
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Important Details:

  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for discretionary merit compensation award and annual bonus.
