In this role, you will working as an HR Manager for a client that works in the HVAC/MEP Industry. This position will be responsible for responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources department, including all aspects of employee recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in a variety of HR functions. 

This position is a CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field required.
• 5 years of Human Resources Management
• Proficient with office software and equipment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks
• Knowledge of construction industry a plus
