At Spartronics, the Human Resources Manager leads the people strategy for the site and partners with leadership to support operational growth. This role works closely with the leadership team to cultivate a productive work environment while providing thought leadership and collaboration to achieve positive organizational outcomes. The position reports to the Director Human Resources and serves as a member of the site leadership team. Your contributions will help us continue our journey towards Winning as One: One company. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and shape the HR foundation for a growing manufacturing operation. The facility is expanding its capabilities and workforce, and the HR Manager will play a key role in developing the people strategy that supports that growth.
Key Priorities for the Role
- Build strong partnerships with the Site Leadership Team and establish HR as a trusted advisor supporting business growth and operational success.
- Develop and execute a workforce plan to support operational growth and scaling, including recruiting strategies, onboarding processes, and retention initiatives.
- Strengthen HR processes and infrastructure by implementing Spartronics policies, programs, and best practices while aligning them with the needs of the site.
- Support leaders in building organizational capability through effective performance management, leadership development, and talent planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce Spartronics’ Core Values and create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Education / License / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources or related field, HR Certification preferred.
- 5–7+ years of HR Management experience within a large organization, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred.
- Experience supporting leaders and front-line employees in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Extensive demonstrated knowledge and experience in all aspects of technical human resource management.
- Ability to effectively lead and develop the human resource function.
- Demonstrated success supporting organizational growth and scaling operations, including workforce planning, recruiting strategies, and HR program implementation that strengthen organizational capability.

Compensation- This position is a salaried position. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, education, years of relevant experience, HR Certifications, and specific expertise in the electronics manufacturing industry. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus targeted at 10%, which is aligned with company and individual performance.

$115,000-$130,000/annually based on experience
