While based in Wooster, you will serve as the primary HR resource across our various locations, ensuring a consistent and supportive culture for our entire team. If you are a collaborative problem-solver who wants to see the direct results of your work across a growing organization, we want to hear from you.

- Coordinate DOT/FMCSA drug and alcohol testing programs and ensure driver qualification files meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) and maintain meticulous personnel records.
- Partner with Safety/Operations on training initiatives, harassment prevention, and incident response support.
- Assist in response coordination for accidents involving drivers, including documentation and return-to-work coordination.
- Prepare HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill) to identify trends and recommend scalable improvements.
