The Human Resources Manager partners with senior leadership to execute enterprise and regional HR strategies that support global business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor, delivering pragmatic HR solutions across the employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The position drives consistency, compliance, and scalability of HR practices through collaboration with global teams and Centers of Excellence.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategies that support organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Lead and execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and organizational change initiatives.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data and insights to enhance HR processes, employee experience, and business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience with strong business partner expertise across multiple HR disciplines.
Solid knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a global or matrixed organization.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes and organizational performance.
Advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or complex global environments.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or UKG.
Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities in fast-paced environments.
