What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions):
- Translate enterprise HR strategy into consistent, scalable execution across multiple sites
- Lead, coach, and develop internal HR BU Team, ensuring capability, consistency, and adherence to HR standards
- Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, influencing workforce planning, organizational alignment, and cost decisions
- Own regional culture health and alignment
- Implement and manage the HR service delivery model (intake, triage, escalation), ensuring efficient and consistent support
- Lead complex and high-risk employee relations cases, while identifying and addressing systemic workforce risks
- Drive manager capability and accountability for people management practices and policy adherence
- Ensure consistent execution of the employee lifecycle, from hiring through exit, across all sites
- Own compliance execution, including policy application, audit readiness, and adherence to employment laws
- Enforce documentation standards, data integrity, and HRIS accuracy across the region
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution
- Ensure effective implementation of HR programs (hiring, onboarding, performance management, rewards, etc.) through team delivery and execution
- Lead change implementation and adoption across sites, ensuring alignment and minimizing disruption
- Ensure use of standardized HR processes, tools, and playbooks, while managing appropriate site-level flexibility
- Support regional crisis and incident response related to workforce and workplace issues
- Own regional people analytics and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Demonstrated leadership and team member coaching and development experience
- Skilled in transformation planning and change management
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable visiting production floors, multiple sites, and shift schedules
- Proficient with ADP WFM and ADP WFN

Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; may be substituted by commensurate experience.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a multi-site/regional HRM or HRBP role
- Minimum 2 years managing HR professionals
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or engineering services industry
- Demonstrated experience and involvement in rapidly scaling operations
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide appropriate documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by applicable law.
- Must qualify as a “U.S.” Persons as defined in 22 CFR § 120.62 under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in order to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug screening in accordance with the Company’s drug testing policy and applicable law.
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check in accordance with the Company’s screening policy and applicable law.

Pay range: $115,000-$160,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
The manufacturing facility may expose workers to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment is provided by The Company.
Physical requirements: Remaining in stationary position more than 50% of the working day; Communicating (verbal/written); Repetitive motions (e.g. typing); Moving/traversing within the work area more than 50% of the day; Lifting requirements up to 10 lbs.; Phone or virtual communication required
