Full time in office role.
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager who thrives in evolving environments and is comfortable building structure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can roll up their sleeves, identify process improvements, and implement practical solutions—all while maintaining positive employee relations across the organization.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability is a significant plus, as the majority of the workforce is Spanish-speaking.
This role supports a local business operation that currently functions in a very traditional, manual environment, relying heavily on paper files and Excel spreadsheets. The organization is in the process of integrating with a corporate HRIS, including transitioning payroll, and this role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, system alignment, and change adoption. The role will also be responsible for monthly benefit audits, assist with open enrollment, coordinating system audits as necessary, hiring/onboarding, terminations, employee relations, and data integrity.
This role will have two direct reports. In addition to direct leadership, this position requires strong coordination and partnership with General Managers across multiple entities, the Finance team, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
