Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resource function. This role is essential in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement, helping us attract and retain great people as we grow, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention implementation and strategies.
- Manage employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Improve team member experience.
- Maintain HR systems and analyze workforce data for decision-making.
- Be an engaged member of the leadership team to grow and improve our business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data-driven HR strategies.
