Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and our team. This position will report to the Administrator/Director of HR and works under the guidance of the Reliant Care Management Company Human Resources department.

A successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to function in a team environment. Since the facility operates 24/7 occasional off-shift and weekend activity will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA
• Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments
• Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
• Handle performance management and professional development
• Facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and employment laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
