SALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment.
SUMMARY
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. Your expertise in HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and ability to foster a positive work environment will contribute to the organization's success and the well-being of our employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties.
- Facilitate a warm and welcoming human resources department, acting as a liaison between staff and leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other recruiting sources to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional development.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and create effective learning and development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market and compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefit programs, answer employee inquiries, and provide guidance on benefit options.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, and communicate changes to management and employees as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring prompt and fair resolution.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and oversight on FMLA and ADA matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while supporting employees and leaders through leave and accommodation processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The following are a non-exhaustive list of qualifications for the position:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar HR leadership role, preferably in an international organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work environment may involve a standard office setting while also incorporating elements of a production area. Employees will use standard office equipment, including computers, and must demonstrate stamina to sit or stand while maintaining attention to detail despite potential interruptions. The role may require occasional activities such as walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and bending. Vision is necessary for reading printed materials and a computer screen, while hearing and speech are essential for effective communication both in person and over the telephone. Additionally, the position may necessitate travel by air or automobile. Employees may be required to use personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coats, to ensure safety in the production environment. Employees may be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
