The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager to join our Miami office. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for employee relations, team training, and HR best practices. You’ll help foster a positive work environment while supporting the needs of a high-growth, fast-paced team. This isn’t a role for someone looking to stay behind the scenes—we’re looking for someone approachable, adaptable, and confident in navigating real-world HR situations with professionalism and empathy.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, handling employee relations issues with discretion and care
Design and deliver in-house training sessions on HR-related topics (onboarding, compliance, soft skills, etc.)
Support policy interpretation and help ensure alignment with our company culture and values
Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution
Collaborate with other HR team members across locations to keep processes consistent and people-focused
Maintain and update employee records, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Participate in HR projects like engagement surveys, retention initiatives, and internal communications
Qualifications:
4–6+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and training delivery
Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re approachable, solutions-oriented, and confident
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where change is constant
Experience in professional services or a similar client-facing industry is a plus
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (PHR/SPHR a plus)
