Human Resources Manager – Farms and Facilities – Job Description

Bell Nursery, a business unit of Central Garden & Pet, is searching for a talented Human Resources Manager with terrific leadership and multi-tasking skills to support multiple farm sites within our Live Goods business.
This hands-on role requires daily interaction with leadership as well as employees across multiple farm sites. You will partner with the VP of Operations and the Director of Human Resources to lead the functional areas of HR at your respective sites. This role will report to the HR Director for Live Goods and will be based out of our Bridgeton, NJ office location. This position requires some travel to the farms in the Bridgeton and surrounding areas. This role will work in support of our Central to Home strategy and drive progressive HR initiatives that strengthen our Culture pillar.
