 What You'll Do:

This position will be responsible for enforcing, improving, and creating human resources representing the company's mission, values, and culture while leading a team of individuals. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the human resources department which includes but is not limited to: 

  1. Conduct and oversee recruitment efforts for all corporate office positions.
  2. Assist in recruitment efforts for field management positions. 
  3. Assist in corporate store retention efforts. 
  4. Ensure proper and timely completion of employee onboarding. 
  5. Oversee all aspects of the benefit administration for health and welfare plans. 
  6. Review and manage ACA tracking, ongoing enrollments, and annual filings. 
  7. Oversee the growth and development of direct reports. 
  8. Review and recommend appropriate next steps for all employee matters handled by the HR Generalist. 
  9. Oversee the administration of the tuition assistance program. 
  10. Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.

Things to Keep in Mind: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master's degree preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • 3 years of experience managing direct reports
  • Must possess strong leadership skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft products
