Job Overview: Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources Manager will provide broad HR support to the overall organization. The HR Manager position is responsible for aligning business objectives with associates and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the CPO, management, and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HR Manager maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. The HRM will lead a small team to deliver the people strategy, manage employee relations, support development, and implementation of strategic projects.
The HRM will enhance the organization’s Human Resources processes, procedures and regulatory compliance practices. Comfortable leading and contributing to all aspects of Human Resources: talent acquisition, training and orientation, policy creation and review, employee performance management, compensation management, employee benefits programs and legal requirements. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible to support employee relations needs and support a culture of employee engagement.
