HR Manager – Lead, Strategize, and Drive Impact!

Advanced Radiology is seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all human resource functions and spearhead human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with our organization’s goals and compliance with employment laws. Collaborating with senior leadership, the HR Manager will oversee policy development, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, and culture-building initiatives across the organization. This on-site full-time position is located in Shelton, CT. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic HR plans to support business objectives
• Leading recruitment, retention, employee development, and performance management
• Advising leadership on key organizational issues and driving culture initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Managing compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; Master’s preferred
• 6–10 years of progressive HR management experience
• SCP, CP, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred
