Role and Responsibilities
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and retention, as well as compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization's workforce, culture, and success. They must be adept at balancing strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations to ensure the company's talent remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with its mission and objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 or more years of experience in a human resources management position and be familiar with the Security Industry.
