The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all functions of the Human Resources and Communications departments while aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role serves as a strategic business partner to leadership by driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational development, employee engagement, internal communications, and culture. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. This is a safety-sensitive position.
