Job Description Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and directing all activities and programs relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, orientation, and development of the Home Health employees. Collaborates with other Directors in Human Resources issues.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media management.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding human resources practices.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including workers compensation and health benefits.
- Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting purposes.
- Facilitate succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational stability.
- Collaborate with department heads on employee performance management and development plans.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management in the home health sector.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with employee evaluation techniques and succession planning processes.
