Guide leaders on employee performance, coaching and feedback practices.
Lead full-cycle employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business priorities and organizational growth.
Provide expert consultation on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives to support a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
Advise leaders on compensation, promotions, and organizational pay structures in alignment with HR policies and market practices.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR standards across all people decisions.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role.
3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting employees in United States
Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification is a plus
