Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000, depending on qualifications

 

The Role

Lead a high-performing team of HR Business Partners in our fast-paced Chester call center, where your strategic vision will directly impact hundreds of employees and the critical services they provide to communities nationwide. From healthcare support to government services, your work will touch lives every single day.

🎯 Strategic Leadership

  • Guide and develop a team of three HR Business Partners, transforming them into trusted advisors
  • Drive workforce planning as we scale from 200 to 600+ employees during surge periods
  • Partner with site leadership to execute game-changing talent strategies

⚖️ Employee Relations Excellence

  • Navigate complex employee relations with confidence, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA
  • Lead investigations and risk mitigation with precision and care
  • Champion our inclusive culture where every voice matters

📈 Performance & Development

  • Architect performance management systems that drive results
  • Facilitate leadership development that creates tomorrow's leaders
  • Use data-driven insights to reduce attrition and boost engagement

🤝 Operational Partnership

  • Collaborate directly with call center leadership on mission-critical staffing decisions
  • Present compelling workforce analytics to executive leadership
  • Ensure seamless HR support across multiple shifts and departments

Qualifications

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

Must-Haves:

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • 2 + years of managing high performance teams
  • Battle-tested experience with complex employee relations and investigations
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points:

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR)
  • Call center or high-volume service environment experience
