Job Description:
Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is a Fortune 200 company that produces diversified products in global markets. The Food Equipment Group is one of seven ITW decentralized business segments. This position is in the Hobart Warewash Division and works on-site at the Danville facility, which is approximately 45 minutes south of Lexington, Kentucky. The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager as a member of the site leadership team, with support from the Division HR Director.
The Warewash Business Division produces Hobart brand commercial dishwashers that are used in hotels, casinos, restaurants, cruise ships, schools, universities and retail establishments. We are an industry leader seeking to expand our growth in existing served markets, as well as new markets.
Summary:
The Plant HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of HR at the Danville production site, as well as health & safety requirements. This role plays an integral part in enabling a positive employee experience by owning and continuously improving operational and strategic employment practices. As a partner in the business, the HR Manager will support future growth and ensure general policy and regulatory compliance, with broad scope as a leader within the organization. The plant is currently a one shift operation, and this position has one direct report.

For this position, working from home is not available and the primary work hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm.
