ACT Fulfillment is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join a growing team. A valuable partnership with Leadership and Operations for safety initiatives is what we are looking for at our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. We have three facilities covering over 1.5 million square feet and serves many customers from a wide variety of industries. Safeguards organization by ensuring legal and policy adherence, managing employee relations, administering compensation & benefits, and producing HR reporting. Anchors risk mitigation and fair practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field; Master’s or JD a plus
  • 7–10+ years HR experience with ER investigations and compliance
  • Deep knowledge of California labor & employment law
  • HR certifications preferred
