Your Impact:
Serve as the lead HR partner for the East Region, driving consistency, compliance, and collaboration across multiple locations.
Develop trusted partnerships with office leaders and team members, offering high-quality support in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, leave administration, employee relations, and performance coaching.
Lead and develop HR support staff in your region, cultivating a team that aligns with our people-first culture.
Champion employee engagement and retention through strategic people initiatives and local programming.
Be the go-to advisor for employment law and policy interpretation—ensuring compliance at the federal, state, and local levels.
Collaborate on company-wide initiatives such as benefits strategy, compensation planning, and learning & development programs.
Continuously assess HR processes and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and streamline operations.
Use data, insights, and feedback to proactively address issues, drive change, and influence decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-site professional services environment.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred).
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and time/leave systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you’re approachable, solution-oriented, and a trusted advisor.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction firms is a strong plus.
