The HR Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor regulations. This role is responsible for overseeing the HR Generalist, and the Talent Acquisition Specialist, driving KPI’s and HR initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within manufacturing or similar industries, and demonstrate the ability to drive change and support business objectives.
