Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support a positive employee experience. This role manages employee relations, recruitment, compensation, performance management, and manager training.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with managers and employees on performance, engagement, and workplace issues
  • Lead recruitment and hiring strategies to attract top talent
  • Oversee compensation reviews, salary surveys, and job descriptions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and union requirements
  • Support employee engagement, training, and recognition initiatives

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Healthcare and union experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

 

Physical Requirements: The role is primarily office-based and does not require lifting, standing, or sensory skills beyond normal workplace expectations. Occasional lifting of light objects, up to 5 lbs (e.g., files or office supplies), may be required.

Salary Range: $67,700 - $129,251

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job family. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
