The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing technical and professional support work in the development, implementation and maintenance of human resources functions involving payroll processing, benefit administration, recruitment, compensation surveys and other related personnel areas. The Manager will be responsible for human resources functions with the South Central Head Start program.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, psychology or related field required. A bachelor's degree in human resource management is highly desired. Must have at least 2 years of related experience. Must be able to demonstrate competency in Excel and Word programs.
