The HR Manager is a hands-on people leader supporting a growing agency across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and culture-building. This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruiting foundation who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to help shape the people function as we scale. You’ll partner closely with leadership to attract exceptional talent, foster an inclusive culture, and build the processes needed for long-term growth.
