Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in healthcare setting or medical practice is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Experience with Paycom a plus
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and mediation skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
