Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool’s human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization’s global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.
The People Experience (HR) Operations team is responsible for performing a broad range of Talent Operations functions, including HRIS management, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, employee records maintenance, and administering HR policies and procedures. The team interfaces with several different functional groups across the organization, as well as third-party payroll and benefits providers.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Help create an incredible employee experience by owning the onboarding and offboarding tasks for an ever-growing employee population around the globe (This can include, Background Checks, I-9 Verification, Processing onboarding and offboarding in our HRIS, creating exit paperwork, etc)
Support and maintain our Employee Recognition Program
Assist with people team compliance standards and practices, including the annual handbook recertification
Contribute to our people process initiatives, including automation and maintaining SOPs
PowerSchool offers the following benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $62,000 - $78,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
