Essential Functions:

  • Lead and execute recruitment strategies for all Stein Collection properties
  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify staffing needs and workforce planning goals
  • Coordinate and manage H-2B and J-1 visa recruitment programs, including communication with agencies, applicants, and internal departments
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and visa program regulations
  • Process employee separations and support termination documentation and procedures
  • Build relationships with recruiting partners, schools, and workforce agencies
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
  • Manages On-boarding Specialist
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and scheduling new hire orientation processes
  • Works closely with Housing Manager to place employees in housing, communicate arrival information and assist with rent deductions
  • Demonstrates knowledge of all Human Resources administrative systems
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Keep track of budget and spending for all recruiting events
  • Filing information per employee records accordingly
  • Help throughout the department to ensure all areas are running smoothly
  • Knowledge of all levels of employee benefits (Health, Dental, Life, LTD, 401k, Supplemental Insurance, FMLA)
  • Filing employee paperwork as necessary
  • Assists with Human Resources events such as Parties, staff appreciation day, meetings, outings, etc.

      Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

      • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
      • Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25 pounds or more
      • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
      • Experience with H-2B and/or J-1 visa programs preferred
      • Strong knowledge of employment practices and hiring procedures
      • Excellent communication and organization
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      Additional Details:

      • Office environment with occasional travel to events and partner properties
      • Must be able to attend and travel to recruiting events and career fairs in Utah and of state
      • May require occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on recruiting events and operational needs
