JOB PURPOSE:
Under limited supervision by the Training Administrator, this position serves as part of the training leadership team, leads continuous quality improvement for Training and Certification to ensure that training content and deliverables not only meet the needs of the agency and its employees, but also meet required agency, state, and federal policies/standards/guidelines, and collaborates with the training team and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop and design training materials.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and creates learning experiences and environments for all training programs which meets the needs of the agency and its employees as well as meets required agency, state, and federal policies/ standards/guidelines to include curriculum design, learning activities, assignments, and assessments to optimize workforce knowledge and development, and responsible for the coordination and administration of the assessment process and related activities.STATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
