Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for executing training and development initiatives at Caliber, a Leo portfolio company. This role leads the local implementation of the First Day Matters onboarding program, ensuring it is effectively delivered and tailored to role and business needs.
In addition to onboarding, this role focuses on identifying skill gaps and driving targeted training initiatives that improve performance and support career development within the business.
Location
Hybrid based out of Exton, PA with 20% travel.
