Position Summary
The L&D Manager is responsible for the coordination and promotion of Leadership competence development program. Other responsibilities include Learning Procedures Definition, CSOD Administrator, IDL training coordinator, DLT plan coordinator, and Training roadmap system coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy plan and policy generation
• Communication and coordination
• Review and compliance with legal requirements
• Follow-up of the Annual Plan of Internal and External Audits
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Experience leading L&D function
• 5 years of Experience of competence design and implement
• Minimum 3 years of knowledge for project management
• Minimum 3 years of internal trainer inside industry
