BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE 

 

Summary:  The operational standard and training manager owns the system that defines how operations and are performed across the network leads, corporate, audits, SOP governance, training, structure, and operational communication.

Required:

 

  • 5+ years in operations or compliance
  • Experience writing, SOP’s
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Process driven mindset

Work Environment: While performing duties of this job, the work environment may vary from professional office and other vendor/client locations.  

 

Travel: this position will require you to travel in the CONUS about 10% of the year.

 

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
