Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
Previous Human Resources/Internship experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Assist with full life-cycle recruiting efforts such as screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team: filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and securely stored.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and answering inquiries.
Organize and coordinate HR events, such as training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Manage employee engagement including anniversary and BRAVO program.
