A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECRUITER / HR ASSISTANT

In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring qualified candidates, primarily clinical staff, while also supporting day-to-day HR functions.

Recruiting responsibilities include:

  • Managing job postings and sourcing candidates
  • Screening applicants and coordinating interviews
  • Communicating with branch leaders regarding staffing needs
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking requisitions

HR support duties include:

  • Assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Supporting employee file maintenance and compliance tracking
  • Helping with general HR administrative tasks and projects
  • Assisting the HR Director with additional duties as needed

This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities across branches, often with quick turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR RECRUITER / HR ASSISTANT

  • 1 year of office experience required
  • Recruiting or HR experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify potential compliance concerns

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a part-time office position, typically working 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Schedule is flexible within normal business hours.
