About the Role:
The Payroll and HR Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll while supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and employment laws, thereby safeguarding the company from legal risks. The specialist will manage employee records, benefits administration, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes to foster a positive employee experience.
