Role Summary
We are looking for an HR professional who thrives at the intersection ofâ¯peopleâ¯operations, engagement, and strategy. This role serves as a critical bridge between People Operations and People Strategy—turning data into insight, insight into action, and action into meaningful employee experiences.â¯The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder who combines operational excellence with strong storytelling skills, ensuringâ¯peopleâ¯initiatives are clear, measurable, and aligned toâ¯business goals.â¯You will own the backbone of HR coordination,â¯while partnering with the Senior Director, People & Talent onâ¯HR projects and initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Engagement, Culture & Communicationâ¯

Design, execute, and continuously improve employee engagement initiatives that areâ¯clear, measurable, and data-drivenâ¯

Revamp andâ¯maintainâ¯the HR intranet page as a trusted, easy-to-navigate source of truthâ¯while spinning up virtual communities to foster connection, collaboration, and engagement across the organizationâ¯

Partner with Senior Director, People & Talent toâ¯execute HR communications, ensuring messages areâ¯timely, clear, and aligned with broader people strategyâ¯

Partner with the Senior Talent Partner to revamp and conductâ¯orientation and onboarding check-ins; review onboarding data toâ¯identifyâ¯trends and improvement opportunitiesâ¯
Data, Insights & Storytellingâ¯

Analyze engagement, onboarding, performance, and people data to spot trends and emerging themesâ¯

Translate raw data into compelling, executive-ready narratives and insights—focusing on what the CEO and leadership team care about mostâ¯

Partner with theâ¯Senior Director, People & Talentâ¯to shape data-driven action plans and strategic messagingâ¯

Prepare decks and materials for executive and leadership meetings, including storytelling through visuals and insightsâ¯
HR Operations & Program Managementâ¯

Provide administrative and coordination support to theâ¯HR leadership teamâ¯

Own theâ¯HR calendar and master timelines, ensuring no deadlines or initiatives are missed across all HR programsâ¯

Track and manage key people initiatives, milestones, and deliverables across the yearâ¯

Ensure all employees enter goals into the performance management system andâ¯continue to utilizeâ¯
Employee Relations & Manager Partnershipâ¯

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing guidance and triage before escalating when necessaryâ¯

Partner with Senior Director, People & Talent to support managers in developing and executing engagement plans based on data and feedbackâ¯
Connector & Strategic Partnerâ¯

Act as a trusted bridge between People Operations and People Strategyâ¯

Build strong relationships across the organization, earning trust through follow-through, discretion, and empathyâ¯

Identifyâ¯systemic opportunities for improvement and proactively bring recommendations to theâ¯Senior Director, People & Talentâ¯

Ensure the “voice of the employee” is reflected in people programs, processes, and leadership conversationsâ¯

Experience

2â¯years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a similar people-focused roleâ¯

Strong data literacy—comfortable analyzing people data and translating insights into clear storiesâ¯

Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesâ¯

Confident communicator with experience creating executive-ready materials and presentationsâ¯

Strong judgment and discretion when handling employee relations mattersâ¯

Natural connector who builds trust quickly and partners effectively across levelsâ¯

Experience working closely with senior leaders or executives preferredâ¯

HRIS and engagement survey platform experience a plusâ¯â¯
