We’re seeking a skilled Pool Maintenance Technician to uphold these standards across our managed homes.
Position Summary
The Pool Maintenance Technician will be responsible for cleaning, testing, and maintaining pools exclusively at StayLakeNorman-managed properties. While the primary role is cleaning and chemical balancing, candidates with experience may occasionally perform small repairs. This role directly supports our commitment to a luxury guest experience, with professionalism and consistency being key.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool service: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter cleaning.
- Test and balance water chemistry; safely apply and monitor chemicals.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs; assist with small repairs if qualified.
- Keep detailed records of services performed.
- Deliver service with a focus on excellence and reliability that reflects the StayLakeNorman brand.
- Occasionally interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be available for some weekend or on-call needs during peak season if needed (by phone at a minimum)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with multiple pool types (saltwater, chlorine, heated, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor work in varying weather.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality service.
Schedule

Peak Season (March–October): ~40+ hours/week

Off-Season (November–February): ~20 hours/week
- Flexible schedule; some weekend/on-call availability preferred.
