Are you looking for a fun and supportive working environment where you can truly make a difference? Do you thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and enjoy developing talented individuals? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Join our passionate team at Dunkin’ as a highly skilled Talent & Training Manager. In this role, you will focus on hiring, training, and developing talent across multiple locations, creating a culture of accountability and pride. Enjoy competitive compensation, performance incentives, and the chance to work hands-on with a dynamic team!

This is a hands-on field leadership role in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, not a corporate or remote training job. Candidates must have at least 3 years of QSR or restaurant management experience and be comfortable working in stores 5 days a week during peak hours.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead all hiring and onboarding across 8 Dunkin’ locations.
  • Recruit, screen, and build staffing pipelines through referrals and community connections.
  • Develop, deliver, and standardize in-store training systems and certification checklists.
  • Coach managers and crew through live shift training and feedback sessions.
  • Support culture resets by modeling teamwork, accountability, and guest-first habits.
  • Observe rush-hour performance and design daily improvement plans.
  • Partner with store managers and the operations manager for follow-through and performance tracking.
  • Conduct weekly site visits and report progress on hiring, training, and retention goals.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support internal promotions.
  • Maintain consistency with Dunkin’ and Inspire Brands training standards.
  • Spend 80–90% of your time on the restaurant floor observing, coaching, and training during live service.
  • Lead by example in speed, accuracy, and guest engagement during rush periods.

What Success Looks Like

  • Each store is fully staffed and cross-trained with minimal turnover.
  • Training systems are standardized, documented, and repeatable.
  • Rush-hour performance and guest satisfaction steadily improve.
  • Communication with ownership and support staff is clear, timely, and proactive.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in restaurant or retail management (multi-unit or training experience preferred).
  • Proven record of building teams, hiring, and improving retention.
  • Strong presence on the floor — calm under pressure, confident coaching during service.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Comfortable traveling between stores and working early shifts when needed.
  • Must thrive in fast-paced environments and lead by example.

Compensation & Structure

  • Full-time salary plus performance incentives tied to staffing, retention, and training results.
  • Direct report to owner; works closely with operations manager and store leadership.
  • Field-based role — must be in stores 5 days per week.
