Description

You will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding employees for our organization. Recognizing that people are at the heart of our company’s future successes, you'll be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of current employees and enhancing our company’s brand through recruitment initiatives.

Requirements
  • Talent Acquisition Expert: Overseeing the entire hiring process, from recruiting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and employment laws.
  • Sourcing Strategist: Crafting compelling job descriptions, posting in various platforms, and utilizing diverse sourcing methods to build a pool of qualified candidates.
  • HR Partner: Collaborating with the HR Director to provide support across all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Networking Specialist: Building and maintaining relationships with schools, alumni groups, and external agencies to cultivate a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Data Analyst: Analyzing HR data to refine processes, recommend improvements, and stay attuned to market trends.


Education & Experience:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to a manufacturing setting.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification is a plus.


General Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective data relay between employees and vendors.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in working with spreadsheets and creating statistical reports.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to continuously advance your skill sets.
