Role Summary:
The HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this role will assist in daily HR operations such as employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and general HR support. This position contributes to building a strong, inclusive workforce and fostering a positive employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing (Primary Focus):
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- HR Operations & Support:
- Respond to employee questions and concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, inquiries, and orientation sessions.
- Assist with compliance efforts, maintaining up-to-date employee records and adhering to applicable labor laws.
- Help coordinate employee training programs and assist with performance management processes.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in initiatives to enhance HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, including employment law, benefits, and employee relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficient with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000
